    Bishop Randy Brown

                                                                                       Apostle/Bishop

Bishop Randy Brown is a living example of the Word of God and has touched many lives with love and compassion. The scripture, Acts 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of earth.” is a testimony for Bishop Randy.

Bishop Randy first began reaching the nations abroad in 1978, where he ministered in Kenya for an entire year with his wife, Pastor Gayle Brown. Bishop Randy continued to touch lives abroad, spending a year in Calabar, Nigeria in 1980. Bishop Randy Brown continues to travel abroad making frequent missionary trips to the continent of Africa as he ministers the Gospel of Christ to the people and other nations around the globe. Twenty five nations of the world have churches, ministries, Bible College and orphanages which have been established by the Lord, thru Bishop Randy and Pastor Gayle Brown.

When not fasting and praying, he spends time with his family. He is greatly loved, admired, and respected by all whose lives he has touched. Bishop Brown has been married since 1978 to his childhood sweetheart and lovely wife, Pastor Gayle. They have four children; Eli, Te-rah, Cherish and Joshua and 9 grandchildren. His marriage and family life are a source of strength and healing for many marriages.

Ministerial Staff Leaders

Pastor Nathaniel Hyland
I am the husband of Pastor Sharon Hyland, a father of wonderful twins, a son to great parents and a Pastor at the Bread Of Life World Outreach Center. Obeying the call of God is a continually evolving journey, and a position of obedience and service that I must take. I am currently overseeing the Sound Media and Camera, and 'On The Rise" Ministries. We are looking for qualified and experienced individuals in all of these areas and would love for you to reach out to our office to sign up.

I have been young and now as I am getting older I am realizing that His positioning is key to our success, the success of this work and thus the success of the body of Christ and Kingdom of God, which is the Church. Paul said in Philippians 4:11 that whatever state he is in, he has learnt to be content.  I am therefore content and trust that The Father will be pleased as I continue to worship and serve Him here in this house Bread Of Life World Outreach Center. Under the direct leadership of Bishop Randy and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown, I am honored to be part of a great team of leaders purposed to advancing people to their destinies in God.

In Jesus Name!
Pastor Sharon Hyland
In September 2003 my husband, our 7 month old twins and I came to Bread of Life for the very first time. Here the word of the Lord was released unto us which redirected our paths to divine destiny.

At Bread of Life World Outreach Center, I am a member of the Pastoral Team under the direct covering, mentorship, guidance and counsel of Bishop Randy Brown and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown.

Embracing the call of God upon my life has been transformational; for my spiritual eyes were opened to see who I am and whose I am.  My responsibility is not only to impact lives in a unique way, while revealing the creative attribute of God the Father through his son Jesus Christ, but to foster reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5:18.

I’ve always carried a passion for creative expression of the things of God and pursue the execution with excellence and grace.  I oversee the ministry areas of BOLD (Bread of Life Dancers), Décor and Chosen Pearls. As Pastoral Care, my husband Pastor Nathaniel Hyland and I aspire to make the special moments of our Leadership and Bread of Life World Outreach Center unique and memorable.  Writing prophetically is a location of joy and comfort for me and many has had the opportunity to partake of the portions tucked in the Women’s Encounter conference packets over the years.

While you experience the powerful creative nature of God my desire is to lead you back to the Father through the only door, Jesus Christ. John 10:9
Pastor Serrell Long
Pastor Serrell Long has been a member of Bread of Life World Outreach Center since 1992. With a desire to fulfill GOD'S plan for her life she serves as one of 5 Pastors under the leadership of Bishop Randy and Senior Executive Pastor, Gayle Brown. Pastor Serrell currently oversees several ministries: Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry, Bread of Life Family Bookstore, Bread of Life Café and over the years has served in the children's ministry, Women's Encounter (women's ministry) and has travelled nationally and internationally ministering the Word of GOD.
Pastor Serrell's desire and commitment is to fulfill the Great Commission as well as the pastoral call that is upon her life spoken of in Ephesians 4:11-13. "And he gave some, apostles; and some prophets; and some, evangelists; and some pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ"..
Pastor John Norris
I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior in 1991 and I re-dedicated my life to Christ in 1995. I have a love for the people of God, the sinner and the saint. It is my heart’s desire that we save the lost at all cost.
I love the LORD, and my desire is to pull the people of God into a place of pure worship; to bring them behind the second veil, that they can encounter the presence of God in a new dimension. It is about worshipping the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords in the tabernacle of the righteous……. I am a Husband, I am a Father, I am a Son, I am a Worshipper….I am a Church!
Pastor Margaret Gabriel
Pastor Margaret Gabriel was ordained in the house of Bread of Life World Outreach Center November 2014.

Pastor Margaret counts it an absolute joy and honor to serve in this house and to serve under the Great Leadership of this House.  Pastor Margaret gave her life to Jesus Christ February 1981 in Trinidad, West Indies. Shortly thereafter, she came to the United States.

One scripture that greatly influenced her early in her salvation is taken from Isaiah when God asked “who shall go for us and who shall we send”. It was at that time that she realized that God had put a call on her life and she willingly picked up the call when she responded to God…”Send me”.

Pastor Margaret’s sole purpose is to know the plan and purpose God has for her, but more importantly, to fulfill the plan and purpose God has for her life.

She currently oversees the Bible College, LITTLE L.A.M.B.S., 3D KIDS and L.I.F.E. ministries. In addition she also oversees Adult Sunday School held at 9:00am every Sunday morning where the Word of God is broken down Word upon Word and Precept upon Precept. With lively interaction from those present, the revelation of the Word of God is taught.
Pastor Charles Ross
My name is Pastor Charles L. Ross. I have been a part of the Bread of Life Fellowship World Outreach Center family since February 2004 and have served as a Minister on the Ministerial Staff since February 2013 and am currently a Pastor as of June 21st, 2020.  It has been an honor and privilege to serve under the guidance and direction of the amazing man and woman of God Apostle/Bishop Randy and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown.  As a young boy, I had a passion for God and a passion to serve and that passion continues today.  Even before I understood the calling that God had on my life, I would often hear the words “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” Philip 4:13.  At age 14 God told me that I was “An Ambassador for Christ” 2Corinth 5:20.  Not fully understanding what that all meant as a youngster, I thank God for the revelation and understanding he has given me now to know that we are all here for a purpose, to serve God, to do his will and to reach the lost at all cost.  I am fulfilling purpose.  I was Born in Greenville, North Carolina, raised in Wyandanch, New York, and served 7 years in the United States Marine Corp.  I now reside in Farmingdale New York with my loving wife of 33 years.

In 1994 Minister Dee Ashe received a message from God that he should attend BOL. Since attending BOL he has been a part of Street Evangelism, Teen and Sound Ministry. In 2000 Minister Dee went on a missionary trip to Zimbabwe for three months. He stood on the scripture James 2:26 "..Faith without works is Dead..". In 2006 an illness almost took the life of Minister Dee, but GOD raised him from the dead (Acts 13:30).
Minister Dee is grateful for his leaders Apostle Randy and Pastor Gayle Brown who have been constant role models in family, ministry and life. They have walked alongside him in the most difficult as well as joyous times.
Minster Dee met his wife Damali at BOL and together they have two daughters and two sons.

Minister Calvin Elliott
Minister Calvin Mark Elliott is a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and God the Father and called to be a preacher of the gospel of salvation. He believes the bible is the written authoritative word of God and that God chose the foolishness of preaching to call men unto salvation. Minister Elliott walks in the fivefold gift of teacher, is endowed with the mantle of prayer and intercession and operates in a strong prophetic flow. He is joined in leadership with his blessed wife Deaconess Beverly Elliott. He oversees the Ushers and Greeters ministry and has attended the Bread Of Life World Outreach Center since May of 2000 until present.

DEACONS

Head Deacon Debbie Dunn
In 1993 was the day that I accepted my Lord and savior Jesus Christ as my personal savior. In 1993 I started attending Bread of Life Fellowship church (which is now Bread of Life World Outreach Center), where Bishop Randy and Pastor Gayle are my Leaders and I'm taught the word of God. God called me in 2006 to be Head Deacon Debbie. My heart’s desire is to serve His Leaders and His people at Bread of Life World Outreach Center. In 2014 I attended Bread of Life Bible College where I studied different subjects and chapters of the bible to get my Associate degree. In 2015 I received my Associate of Religious Arts. 2 Timothy 2:15 says “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

Moving forward in God I realized I had a passion for prayer. I loved praying for my Leaders, for families and for others. I loved seeing the hand of God move, and so God ordained me to be a prayer warrior. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says “Pray without ceasing.” Intercessory prayer is one of the ministries I'm over. I am also over the Cleaning Ministry and Women's Encounter ministry where I assist with Terah Stiell and My Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown who is the Visionary. God allowed me to travel to Jamaica, Africa, Ghana, Togo, Panama, London, Nigeria and across the nation preaching the gospel unto the uttermost part of the earth with Bishop Randy and Pastor Gayle. I travel to different states with my Pastor as she ministers at different women’s conferences. It is my honor to armorbear for her. I am a wife, a Mother and grandmother.

I Love the Lord Jesus so much because He gave me a second chance in Life.

Deacon Joyce McKay
I have been a part of the Bread of Life family for thirty-two years.  I am the older sister of Head Deacon Debbie Dunn, of whom I am privileged to serve with in the ministry.  One of my favorite scriptures is Psalms 34:1 “I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth".  I am blessed to be under the tutelage of Bishop Randy Brown and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown.  I have had the pleasure of traveling with Pastor Gayle on a mission’s trip to Jamaica, West Indies to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.  My passion is for children and adults who come from a broken past, which is why I serve diligently in the Children’s Ministry at Bread of Life.
Deacon Rhonda Dent
I’ve been at Bread of Life World Outreach Center for over 25 years where I’ve learned how to serve the Lord with all my heart! I have a passion for seeing the move of God through intercession. My wonderful husband encourages me to keep running towards the things of God. I have three beautiful daughters and one amazing granddaughter.  I’m actively involved in various Bread of Life Ministries including Women’s Encounter, IGNITE Conference, Intercessory, Hospitality and our Welcome Unit.  I’m also a certified Life Coach.  I thank God for our Senior Executive Pastor Gayle pushing me and mentoring me throughout these wonderful years. I am looking forward to what God is going to do in the years to come.
Deacon Awilda Garcia
In May of 1985 I cried unto the Lord and he heard me. He heard my distress and sent someone to tell me about the good news of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. I got saved and fell in love with Jesus. I started going to church and began to study the Bible. As time went on I developed a desire to pray not only for myself but for others. I believe God hears and answers prayers today. 2 Samuel 22:7 says, In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears. In 1994 the Lord lead me to Bread of Life World Outreach and in 2008 I became an ordained Deacon. I am committed to be ready in season and out of season to minister the word and minister to the assembly when called upon. The Bible tells us in Matthew 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received freely give. It is an honor to
 serve the God.
Deacon Tanya Ryan
Deacon Tanya moved to Long Island, New York in the early 1980’s.  She attended Daemen College and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree; she also desired more and later graduated from Niagara University with her Bachelor of Nursing Degree.

Deacon Tanya loves teaching the word of God; she believes God’s word offers the answers to all questions which will help guide everyone in finding God’s answer(s). Deacon Tanya Ryan is a Deacon on the Ministerial Staff, the Director of Health Ministry, a prayer warrior, and a worship singer at the Bread of Life World Outreach Center. Deacon Tanya married the love of her life, Addonis Ryan in 2014.
" SERVING
Deacon Charles Haynes
I’ve been attending Bread of Life for over 20 years. Before Bread I thought I was “saved” but had no understanding what that meant. Very quickly I learned that being saved is a lifestyle. “Salvation” is a gift from God because of the work of His Son Jesus.
If we believe in our heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord, then God will share His righteousness with us and redeem us as His child. Going to church one day a week and believing the lies of satan and chasing worldly “things” six days, does not make you saved. It’s that simple truth of the Gospel of Grace that gives power to the believer. And that grace shared through the love I experienced at Bread of Life changed my life.
I thank God for Apostle Randy and Pastor Gayle Brown for taking the gospel to the world. If they never visited CT (before I was saved), and my mother never heard truth and got so inspired to save their business card; I would have never heard of Bread of Life and visited years later when I moved to New York. It’s at Bread that God’s grace (moving through Pastor & Apostle) delivered, saved, set me free and placed me into a ministry position. It is at Bread that I became a son, a husband, a father, a grandfather and a man after God’s heart. It is at Bread that God’s destiny for my life is still being revealed and manifested.
IGNITED!!
Deacon Richard Baffuto
Deacon Richard accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in 1974. He came from a Catholic background where little was taught or made available to him concerning the Bible. God used a neighbor to bring him to a Bible Study/ Prayer meeting. After a few weeks of hearing and reading the Word of God, Deacon Richard accepted Jesus into his heart.
He began an intense study of the Word of God. Deacon Richard took 2 Timothy 2:15 seriously: "Study to show yourself approved, rightly dividing the Word of truth." God has given him the gift and ability to explain the scriptures in such a way that it causes the hearer to understand them spiritually and in a practical way. It also creates a hunger in their hearts to search out the scriptures for themselves. Deacon Richard understands that the knowledge of the truth of God's Word is what makes you free (John 8:32).
God led Deacon Richard and his wife, Helen, to the Bread of Life Church in 2007. He serves as an Usher and teaches in Adult Sunday School as well as the Bible College. He plays an active role in the Food Pantry Ministry and had the privilege of ministering with Bishop Randy Brown and Pastor Gayle Brown on two life changing trips to Togo, Africa. In 2014, Deacon Richard was recognized and Ordained as a Deacon by Bread of Life Fellowship, Inc.
Deacon Gary Morrison
Seeking a church home in Suffolk County NY (where he had recently  relocated) Deacon Gary Morrison was lead to worship at Bread of Life in 2009. His plan was to visit several churches but upon first entering the sanctuary Gary was moved by the welcome and love shown by God's people at Bread of Life. He and his family, remained having found a prayer filled church home.
At Bread of Life World Outreach Deacon Gary is fulfilling Gods call on his life which was planted in him at an early age. He serves as a Deacon under the covering of leadership that believes in serving Christ passionately and unapologetically. Deacon Gary currently oversees The Sign Ministry, teaches in both Bible college and Adult Sunday School, serves on the finance team and with his wife Roslyn at his side makes pastoral visits to the sick and shut in. Deacon Gary’s journey in Ministry is a prophetic fulfillment of his favorite scripture:
Habakkuk 2 verse 2 and 3 (KJV)
2 "And the Lord answered me and said Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3. For  the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak,  and not lie: though it tarry,  wait for it ; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."
At Bread of Life World Outreach Biblical College, Deacon Gary’s desire to study God's word has lead him to the successful completion of his Associate  and Bachelors degrees in Bible Studies. As a licensed Funeral Director Deacon Gary is also anointed by God to minister to those who grieve. To further develop this special Ministry he has completed his certification as a Life Coach with a specialty in End-of-life issues.

Evangelist Walter Angevine
In the year of 1989 on March 24, at a local church called Upper Room Tabernacle Evangelist Walter Angevine gave his life to the Lord Jesus. After laboring in the Upper Room in several ministries (such as drama, dance, and mercy house food pantry) he began to visit Bread of Life Fellowship by the leading of the Holy Spirit and soon relocated there In the year 1992. Under the leadership of Bishop Randy Brown and SE Pastor Gayle Brown I served shortly after joining, on the worship team as a singer and then a worship leader. I also served as a leader over young men ministries for several years. I also served in the children ministry. When called, I am a key driver for visiting ministers and guest. I count it an honor to have traveled in different parts of the globe with Bishop Randy Brown and SE Pastor Gayle Brown who are proven honorable visuals given to me by God to accomplish my divine destiny and calling.

For as long as I can remember I have always loved being around people and I am a people person. I am always willing to be compassionate about the needs and concerns of others. This is why I believe God ordained me to be his Prophetic Evangelist so that he may use me profoundly to win souls for Christ. The Bible speaks in Proverbs 11:30 saying "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. ” I love the ongoing experience of seeking and being in God’s presence and utilizing the many gifts He has given me, such as the prophetic and the word of knowledge. I fully look forward to a life in the kingdom unto God who created me for its entirety and I stand with my leaders and those who I labour with regarding our mission statement to win the lost at all cost. I will endure for “The race is not to the swift…..” Ecclesiates 9:11

Evangelist Karen Torrence
In the summer of 1984 Evangelist Karen Torrence received Jesus Christ as her Savior. Then on July 2, 2010 she was ordained by Bishop Randy and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown at Bread of Life Bread World Outreach Center as an Evangelist. Today her life purpose is to do the will of God in Jesus name: To show forth his love, his laughter(joy) and his encouragement to others as He has done for her. She works with Bread of Life World Outreach Center New Convert Ministry, Drama Ministry and the Décor Ministry.

The Lord has allowed her to travel both domestically and internationally with Bishop Randy and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown along with other ministerial staff and leaders for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Life has taught Evangelist Karen Torrence many things but most importantly she has learned the difference of living life without God and has come to know it is better to live with God than without God in her life. Psalm 73:23-26. She is always looking for opportunities to share the goodness of Jesus Christ and believes it's an awesome pleasure to serve in the kingdom of God! Minister Eddie Backus
Minister Eddie Backus is a husband, father, and man of God who has devoted his life to “Singing and making music in his heart to the Lord” Ephesians 5:19. He excels in the fields of teaching, playing piano, singing, and writing. His passion and heart is evident in every note both sung and played. Under the leadership of Bishop Randy and Pastor Gayle Brown, Eddie strives to marry excellence in music with the flow of spontaneous prophetic worship. His prophetic ministry is one yielded to the Holy Spirit that extends far beyond the pulpit.
Eddie received the Lord into his life as a young boy and started attending Bread of Life as a teenager in the 90’s. While a sophomore in college, Eddie founded his first gospel choir as an outlet to help college students draw close to God and express themselves through gospel music. Over the years, he became a Praise and Worship leader at Bread of Life World Outreach Center. Eddie has traveled with Bishop and Pastor to Africa and conducted a music symposium in the country of Togo, West Africa. He has also composed music for various platforms including but not limited to conferences, live productions, videos, and music albums.

He believes this outward expression of love not only ministers to people but also ministers to God. Minister Brittany Roberts
I started attending Bread of Life World Outreach in 1992, when I was three years old.  I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior during my pre-teen years.  During those years of my life, I stuck close to the leaders of this house, Bishop Randy Brown and Senior Executive Pastor Gayle Brown.  They made huge life changing investments in my life… and still are today.  I was taught how to have and maintain a relationship with Jesus Christ.  I was taught how to love and how to forgive.  I was taught what true holiness is and how to live an upright pleasing life before God in church and outside.  I stuck close! I learned the truth of the word of God -because of my upbringing here at Bread of Life World Outreach.  And I have learned how to apply God’s principles and be blessed.
At the age of 12, I began to serve on the dance ministry where I learned that nothing was about me, but all was about glorifying Christ- whatever measures it took. At a very young age, I made up my mind that I wanted to serve Jesus purely, and did not care about what everyone else was doing.  I stuck close! My relationship with Christ began to develop because this ministry kept me accountable.
I want to share with the world, the reward of being a committed servant to a faithful God.  I do not serve God because of the things I have, I have the things I have because I choose to always serve God. “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you- Matthew 6:33.”  Today, I am married with four children. In addition to serving in the Dance Ministry, I also serve in the Youth Ministry.  I am here to serve in whatever capacity God would require, that we may all know Him, live in abundance and have eternal life
Deacon DiAndrae Coghil

It has been my pleasure to have spearheaded and served on many ministries here at Bread of Life over the years.  It is with great honor to serve on this ministerial staff. I love Jesus and will do everything to reach the lost at all cost!
